ProCepT has built up more than 15 years of experience in R&D Agglomeration, Coating and Drying applications. Through pragmatic courses we offer our expertise in the field of Formulation and Drying. Both 2 day intensive courses are intended to renew or learn practical theory through lectures on the subjects, but mainly by hands-on training and sharing of knowledge.
The Formulation Course emphasises on the different process equipment technologies and techniques available for formulation development. Besides lectures and demonstrations, practical group exercises will handle case studies through the use of Fluid Bed, High Shear Wet Granulators, Extruder/Spheroniser and Coaters.
The Drying Course handles drying development. Lectures and demonstrations on different drying techniques (convection, conduction and radiation) will alternate with hands-on trainings on applications such as spray drying, vacuum drying, microwave drying, nutsche filter drying and fluid bed.

ProCepT Equipment Trainings
We offer different training possibilities for users of our equipment:
- on-site customer trainings after installation or at a later point in
time.
- training at ProCepT combined with a FAT (factory acceptance test
before shipment)
Process specific trainings can be organised on request.
