Wet granulation
The wet granulation process is one of the most common ways to granulate. A liquid solution/suspension is added to a mix of dry powders to form an agglomerated more dense mass, ultimately resulting in the formation of free flowable granules or pellets.
API loading
An API loading solution is atomized on a carrier, being homogeneously mixed, in order to load the carrier with API. After atomization, vacuum is applied to remove the solvent.
Melt granulation
Melt agglomeration is a process by which the solid fine particles are bound together into agglomerates, by agitation, kneading and layering, in the presence of a molten binding liquid. Dry agglomerates are obtained as the molten binding liquid solidifies by cooling.
Vacuum Drying
This option is ideal for high toxic applications, allowing granulation and drying in one system.
