Mi-Mi-Pro
Mi-Mi-Pro
is an upgraded Mi-Pro Vacuum with Microwaves as drying energy. The
system has an infinitely controllable microwave source. The forwarded
and reflected microwave energy are measured.
Set-up
- Variable speed mixer and chopper
- Absolute mixer torque (Nm)
- Glass process vessel for 200-300 gr./batch (different vessel-sets available to cover 100 - 800 gram)
- Liquid dosing system

- Vacuum system; dust filter, glass condenser, bypass, vacuum pump, process pressure control

- Microwave system with variable microwave power source
- Critical process data: mixer torque, product temperature, mixer and chopper speed, liquid dosing speed/volume, product temperature, process vessel/condenser/filter jacket temperature, mass recovered liquid, convection temperature, forwarded and reflected microwave power
- PC/PLC automation package: "real-time"-trending and batch reporting in Excel of all critical process data and batch identification
