Extruder/Spheroniser
The unit consists of a single screw extruder, combined with a spheroniser. Typical batch range varies from 100g to 1kg of product.

Modularity:
The extruder/spheroniser module is controlled by a central control system of your choice.
Keep in mind that this combination above can easily be extended with other process modules (even at a later point in time) that share the same control system, air handling and/or liquid dosing modules. This lowers the cost dramatically when investing in a second process machine.
