Flexible Isolators

  • The mechanical processing parts and a weighing balance are positioned inside the isolator
  • All electrics, motors, controls and auxillary equipment (heater, cooler, vacuum pump,...) are positioned outside the isolator and are integrated with the stainless steel cabinet on which the isolator is positioned
  • Bag in bag out sleeve or spigot are used to charge and discharge the raw materials, finished product, handling and packaging materials
  • The controls of the ProCepT unit can have also full control over the isolator and it's securities
  • Air and process filters are made "safe change"
  • Spray lance combined with a drain point allow a total cleaning of the isolator inside

Stainless steel isolators

  • The mechanical processing parts and a weighing balance are positioned inside the isolator
  • All electrics, motors, controls and auxillary equipment (heater, cooler, vacuum pump,...) are positioned outside the isolator and are integrated with the stainless steel cabinet on which the isolator is positioned
  • Alfa Beta port is used to charge and discharge the raw materials, finished product, handling and packaging materials
  • Nitrogen purging of isolator
  • Isolator front door can be hingeable or fixed
  • The controls of the ProCepT unit have also full control over the isolator and it's securities
  • Air and process filters are made "safe change"
  • Spray lance combined with a drain point allow a total cleaning of the isolator inside
